boist Erin Gustafson maintains an active career as an orchestral and chamber musician in the New York City area. A native of the Pacific Northwest, Ms. Gustafson has held positions with the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra, the Oregon Symphony and the Grand Rapids Symphony, working with conductors Kurt Masur, Seiji Ozawa, Leonard Slatkin, James DePriest, Robert Spano, Franz Wesler-Most and Bernard Haitink. In the New York area, Erin has appeared with the American Symphony Orchestra, the New Jersey Symphony and the Brooklyn Philharmonic. She was a Fellow at the Tanglewood Music Center and participated in the Spoleto Italy and the Banff summer music festivals. Erin received her Master of Music degree from the Mannes College of Music and her Bachelor of Music from Boston University. Her principal teachers include John Ferrillo, Linda Strommen, Elaine Douvas, Stuart Dunkel and Ralph Gomberg.
